Quality Assurance Program: Sienna understands that effective planning and control on any project manages risk and provides continual improvement through reducing the likelihood of problems occurring and identifying potential future problems before they occur. Sienna’s management is well positioned to monitor, report on, and maximize the quality of our professional services. Our management is actively involved in the daily operation of tasks by team members and maintains open communications with clients, staff, and peers to gain performance feedback. Because each project is different, our managers and team leads develop and maintain metrics by project to measure performance. Once collected, we combine those indicators with an analysis of all inputs to develop an overall performance assessment of individuals and teams and identify areas of potential improvement. Management conducts analyses to determine if team performance and individual performance are consistently improving at predetermined thresholds. Management conducts routine meetings with team members and clients to discuss performance and areas of improvement. Sienna’s goal is to exceed client expectations.
