Enterprise Architect

Establishes strategies with business and IT executives, prioritizing key initiatives with management, to leading technical resources through vision, design and execution. Provides vision, expertise, and long range planning in the area of data architecture, data integration, master data management, enterprise data governance and business intelligence. Serves as an advisor and resident expert, working closely with leadership to set the strategic direction, and works with project teams to provide architectural guidance and oversight.

Minimum/General Experience: 9+ years of experience working in a corporation supporting multiple lines of business. Experience in data modeling in building transactional applications and data modeling in building analytical applications. Experience in the following disciplines: data architecture, database management, data integration, business intelligence and master data management. Experience in architecture, design and development of enterprise solutions. Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies. Understanding of technology lifecycle costs sufficient to estimate TCO impact. Experience with enterprise systems, like CRM, ERP, Field Services Management, Supply Chain solutions, HR systems. Experience with a broad set of technology platforms, including Informatica ETL, Microsoft SSIS/SSRS, Microstrategy, SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalent.

Application / Systems SME

Provides expert-level technical domain knowledge and understanding that is required to serve in the role of Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, Software Architect, and/or Application Architect. Serves as the solutions leader and consultant in all phases of application/systems design and software development. Guides and mentors large engineering teams with an emphasis on the full life cycle of applications and systems from planning, requirements analysis, design, engineering, integration, testing, and documentation to deployment and operations of complex enterprise services. Applies proven design and engineering principles, methods, and knowledge of how complex systems are built to provide enterprise and/or cloud-based services that is secure and complies with all Federal Government Information Assurance policies and regulations. During engineering phase, applies advanced mathematical and software development principles and methods to arrive at practical, innovative solutions. Designs and prepares technical reports, studies, and related documentation. Prepares and delivers presentations and briefings. Has knowledge of security and IA requirements for specialized information transfer between applications and systems.

Minimum/General Experience: 8+ years of experience in a related field. Experienced in the operational environment and using high-level systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methods on complex problems that requires in-depth knowledge of the subject matter.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in an IT Relate Field or Equivalent

Systems Architect & Lead

Establishes system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of enterprise-wide or large scale information systems. Designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of work flows, organization, and planning and develops appropriate corrective action. Provides daily supervision and direction to staff.

Minimum/General Experience: 8+ years of experience in a related field. Possesses knowledge of current computer technologies and demonstrated ability to formulate specifications for programmers to use in coding, testing, and debugging. Experience increasing responsibilities in assignments of a technical nature. Proven ability to work independently or under only general direction on complex application problems involving all phases of systems analysis. Understanding of the principles of internet architectures and data warehousing for large-scale interactive databases with large number of users.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in an IT Relate Field or Equivalent

Senior Systems Administrator / Virtualization SME

Performs a complex set of systems administration and virtualization tasks in a large production data center environment with competing requirements for security, availability, and reliability. Applies industry best practices in the systems management and sustainment of large server farms, containing both physical and virtual servers, running on a mix of VMware vSphere ESXi and Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) in a hybrid server environment. Possesses a deep level of understanding as to how Virtualization technologies must be designed, deployed, configured, and secured to obtain the best possible performance and integration on all levels that will support the requirements for computing platforms that will be the foundation of an enterprise Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) to host and run a diverse set of operational (mission support) and administrative (non-mission support) applications. May serve as a technical lead of a group of SAs to perform Systems Administration tasks on a variety of UNIX and Linux servers, running on diverse hardware platforms. May be required to have experience and expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Sun Solaris, and Windows Server, and may be tasked to serve as technical lead and mentor junior and mid-level SAs. Knows how enterprise-scale Network Attached Storage (NAS) and Storage Area Network (SAN) RAID arrays are configured and connected to both physical and virtual server instances, and how best to integrate NAS/SAN storage arrays to maintain optimal performance and redundancy while ensuring that all security and IA controls and policies are configured and applied. Assists in the creation of policies and checks to audit and quality control all tasks performed by SA team members such as the process for provisioning administrator and service accounts to ensure compliance with IA policies for complexity and aging. Maintains functional and technical system documentation in accordance with Certification and Accreditation (C&A) policies; updates and edits C&A documents such as the Systems Security Plan (SSP) and Configuration Management Plan (CMP); tunes system performance and oversees recurring tasks such as installing updates and enhancements. Serves as a technical advocate with users when needed, and evaluates vendor products and is prepared to make expert recommendations regarding hardware and software that will best suit operational and mission needs. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

Minimum/General Experience: 7+ years of experience administering infrastructure support to mainframe and/or client server systems.

Project Manager

Serves as the manager and lead person for IT related projects. The Project Manager has deep experience in managing IT related projects or programs in both the commercial and government fields of business. Acts as the single point of contact for task orders, authorized to interface with customers on scheduling, deadlines, projections, budget issues and the resolution of conflicts. Responsible for determining costs and resource requirements and allocation. Manages financial, administrative, contractual, and quality assurance of IT projects.

Minimum/General Experience: 8+ years of experience in related field. Possesses knowledge of the use of contemporary project management tools. Has command of the core principals of effective management, including effective delegation, ownership, responsibility development, and tracking. Experience in managing subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in an IT Relate Field or Equivalent

Senior Network Engineer / Security Engineer

Performs as the lead and/or senior engineer in a group of network and security engineers, performing all tasks to include network design, engineering, integration, testing, deployment, and operations of an enterprise-class network communications infrastructure, consisting of network switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, IPSec/VPN appliances, content filters, IDS/IPS devices, VoIP phones/call managers, and a multitude of servers and desktops. Applies a disciplined approach to designing and operating a multi-tiered, defense-in-depth network environment that is all things to all users to include a high-performing, highly-secure, highly-available, always up network that is able to increase capacity without a complete rework of the network and continue providing services with minimal impact the its end users. Evaluates new network hardware and software to enhance existing network infrastructure. Provides leadership and network expertise to other members of the group to troubleshoot LAN/MAN/WAN and other network-related problems and perform root-cause analysis and provide reports as required. Provides technical leadership during complex projects to guide and assist in the deployment of new systems and technologies, and to ensure proper integration between systems. Schedules and manage network conversions and cutovers during maintenance windows. Oversees network control center. Supervises maintenance of network-based systems. Creates plans for highly scalable, technology-enabled services to be easily consumed over a network on an as-needed basis. Helps clients bridge the gap between traditional IT and cloud services. Helps clients to bridge Legacy & As-a-Service worlds to enable collaboration, agility, and faster revenue growth by leveraging public, private and traditional data centers.

Systems Engineer

Performs analysis related to the design development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces and all system level requirements to provide an integrated IT Solution. Works under general guidance. Develops proficiency in the detailed phases of assignments and is responsible for their technical accuracy. Becomes familiar with systems engineering problems encountered and their solutions. Acquires expertise which may be applied to similar situations in the future.

Information Technology Senior Consultant

Provides consultative support and services to the user community to ensure problem resolution, system/data access, and optimal system performance. Provides telephone, email, remote control software or on-site support. Assists users to develop or use applications and software packages and their features, including training as needed. Assesses needs and advises customers in the selection of available software, hardware and/or database systems, and sources to meet their needs. Installs, configures, and modifies applications and other systems. Develops and maintains expertise with the hardware platforms and software applications used by clients.

Information Systems Security Officer

Provides support for a program, organization, sys or enclaves information assurance program. Provides support for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies. Maintains operational security posture for an information system or program to ensure information systems security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed. Assists with the management of security aspects of the information system and performs day-to-day security operations of the system. Evaluates security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information. Performs vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support certification and accreditation. Provides configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware. Manages changes to system and assesses the security impact of those changes. Supports security authorization activities in compliance with NSA/CSS Information System Certification and Accreditation Process (NISCAP) and DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).

Minimum/General Experience: 5+ years of experience as an ISSO on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Knowledge of current security tools, hardware/software security implementation; communication protocols; and encryption techniques/tools. 3+ years of experience within the domain areas of Information Assurance and Information Technology. ISSE experience is acceptable.

Minimum Education: Bachelors' Degree in an IT Related Field or Equivalent

Consultant, Business Development

Leads efforts in building the client relationship in existing and new global/key accounts at all levels. Ensures defined sales targets are being hit and surpassed.
