Sienna Systems Corporation is seeking a skilled Windows Cloud Engineer to support rapidly growing the DISA Computing Ecosystem in the east region. The objective of the work at DISA is to provide technical, administrative, and Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure Library (ITIL) functionality to support Department of Defense (DoD) Mission Partners and internal DISA customers. The successful candidate would provide Cloud engineering support for Linux-based infrastructures for NIPRNET and SIPRNET.

Technical Duties and Functional Responsibilities:

Cloud Middleware administration

• Install, configure, and manage middleware components of technologies used within cloud computing service and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems throughout the infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and manage network, security platform, and all associated system components.
• Update patch levels and security postures of all middleware components.
• Provide Service Request (SR) review and analysis to include investigation of recent SR reports, SR filing, SR tracking, SR reporting, and recommendations designed to minimize future SRs.

Cloud Web Services Administration

• Design, develop, implement, utilize, and conform to enterprise cloud architecture application solutions, strategies, processes, and standards, focusing on expertise in cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with the Program Office, analysts, engineers, mission partner development teams, and DISA infrastructure services to define, establish, and communicate application and data architecture standards, policies, and directions.
• Design and implement mission partner high availability features in the Cloud.
• Assist mission partners with Cloud portal familiarization and Cloud specific technologies.
• Design engineer solutions for mission partner Cloud networking, configuration, and communication of enterprise security services and customized databases.

Job Requirements, Skills, and Certs:

• DoD Secret clearance, or ability to obtain a clearance (US citizenship required)
• CompTIASecurity + certification
• Education and years of experience:

Bachelors degree in Science, Engineer, Math, or Technology and one year of experience installing/maintaining cloud infrastructure

OR

Associates degree in Science, Engineer, Math, or Technology and three years of experience installing/maintaining cloud infrastructure

OR

• Five years of experience installing/maintaining cloud infrastructure
