Sienna Systems (“Sienna”) is looking for a Mainframe Operator to perform installation, oversite,
and monitoring of systems for a large Federal Data Center program. You will work directly with
the management to perform these operator efforts. We are looking for a candidate with data
center experience and excellent communication skills.

Job Description:
As part of an enterprise Team (approx. 160 members), provide a wide variety of Data Center
operations services including:
 Provide Data Center management, environmental monitoring, and rack management.
 Support equipment moves, installations, and changes for systems and networks.
 Perform real-time, continuous, onsite monitoring of all systems.
 Schedule and execute system jobs, scripts, and operating procedures.
 Provide reports on executed jobs, scripts, and operating procedures.
 Report, coordinate, and report on system defects.
 Perform regular walkthrough of data centers.
 Request regular repair/maintenance from vendor; schedule and coordinate.
 Must have excellent communication skills.
Job Requirements:
 2+ years operations and/or IT experience
 Security+ required (or other IAT II)
 Must have DoD Secret clearance (or be able to obtain)
 A desire for a long-term career
